_Here is a photo of the first skeleton cut on the new Haas DT-1.  I will be refining this in the next few days and posting more photos.  The goal is to offer skeletons that compliment the watch..... strong theme with simplicity.

Welcome to HenryWatch.com....

This is the result of the response to the Kickstarter project that ended in August of 2011.  I am setting up a shop to make the watches in the San Francisco Bay area.

You may reach me by phone 415-806-3466 with any questions....

Here is the time line so far......

August 29th...My Kickstarter project was funded August 29th.
Sept. 22nd....The funds arrived in my bank account.
The stainless steel has all been purchased, cut and water jetted.
Machines were ordered and delivered in the last 2 weeks which is very quick.......
The mill and lathe are all installed and hooked up to 3 phase power.
Training for the lathe has occurred.
First parts cut and I am not happy so new cutting tools, holders and boring bars are ordered.
The 6497 is scanned and a CAD model built to be able to modify for custom designed skeletons....
Nov. 1         Full production of the first cases starts.........
Nov. 8         Experimental Skeleton is cut..... photos up this weekend....
Nov. 27       48mm NonWatches are complete and shipping begins.
Dec. 14      48mm Skeleton are in development.
Dec. 28      The Skeleton movement will have its final (I hope) cut today.  Check back for photos...
April 4        The first Skeleton watch is delivered to a local engineer.  Test is almost done..

The HAAS DT-1 Arrives....

This mill has a 12,000 rpm spindle and will cut the watch parts with amazing accuracy....

All of the 303 stainless has been cut and these are shots of the water jet cutting  the watch masters.  Water and garnet particles with 50,000 psi or pressure cutting a half inch of stainless like bread....  700 watch masters are now cut in sizes 48mm, 44mm, 40mm and 34mm.
